Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automation programs for cleanroom equipment and machinery to ensure high efficiency.
- Configure, program, and troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems for regional projects.
- Provide comprehensive IT support, including hardware installation, software troubleshooting, and network issue resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to execute projects and implement new automation solutions.
- Conduct system testing, validation, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
- Document technical specifications, standard operating procedures, and bug reports accurately.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols within the cleanroom environment.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, Allen-Bradley) and HMI development.
- Familiarity with SCADA systems and industrial automation protocols.
- Strong background in IT support, including network troubleshooting, Windows administration, and hardware maintenance.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment or familiarity with ISO standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
