Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA bots to automate high-volume, repetitive tasks.
- Engineer intelligent data entry and reporting solutions to improve accuracy and reduce manual intervention.
- Implement automated systems for recipe downloads and seamless software system updates.
- Collaborate with business analysts to map existing workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Perform comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and security of all automated processes.
- Maintain thorough technical documentation for bot lifecycle management and operational protocols.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for existing automation solutions to adapt to changing business requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience in RPA development using industry-standard platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism).
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or C#.
- Solid understanding of API integration, database management (SQL), and web services.
- Experience in integrating AI/Machine Learning components into automation workflows is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
