What You Will Do: You will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where you will learn the ins and outs of the automation industry. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, preparing technical and commercial quotations, and negotiating contracts to achieve sales targets. Your Mission: As an Automation Sales Engineer, your primary mission is to drive revenue growth by promoting and selling automation products, systems, and services. You will take ownership of a designated territory or account list, developing a deep understanding of your customers' industries. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities within the industrial automation sector.
  • Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales quotations, proposals, and tenders based on client specifications.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design customized automation solutions that meet specific client requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's product portfolio and competitor activities in the market.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Sales Manager.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field).
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; no prior sales experience is required.
  • Must be able to start immediately or within a short notice period.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-centric mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
