Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert pre-sales application consultancy and technical support to the sales team.
- Analyze customer technical requirements and propose tailored Electric Automation solutions.
- Conduct technical demonstrations, site visits, and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and quality.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, incorporating commercial considerations.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the semiconductor sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Application Engineering.
- Strong understanding of pneumatic and electric automation systems, including PLCs and HMI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced sales environment.
- Experience or knowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a strong customer-centric mindset.
