CTechno Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Junior Sales Engineer with Mandarin language proficiency to support our expanding industrial automation division. We specialize in delivering state-of-the-art Industry 4.0 solutions that empower manufacturing sectors to achieve peak operational efficiency.
As a key member of our sales team, you will bridge the gap between our technical experts and clients, ensuring that complex automation concepts are communicated effectively. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the industrial automation sector.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and competitor activities.
- Provide technical product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to customize solutions for specific client requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events to build brand awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation concepts and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and attend off-site business meetings.
