Tanggung Jawab
- Perform on-site installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance of industrial automation and robotic systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware, electrical, and control software issues to minimize client downtime.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance optimizations to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Provide technical training and clear operational guidance to client personnel on-site.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including service reports and maintenance logs.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams to provide feedback on product performance and field reliability.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure all safety protocols are strictly adhered to during service activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in field service engineering or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in programming PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron) and HMI interfaces.
- Solid understanding of robotic systems, servo drives, and pneumatic/hydraulic components.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is a plus for site visits within Singapore.
