Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop automation software solutions for industrial production lines using PLC, SCADA, and HMI technologies
- Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams to integrate software with physical machinery and control systems
- Program, test, and troubleshoot automation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including system diagrams, code comments, and user manuals
- Implement safety protocols and compliance standards within automation frameworks
- Optimize existing automation processes to improve efficiency and reduce downtime
- Research and implement emerging technologies like Industrial IoT and cloud-based monitoring systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial automation software development
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley) and SCADA systems (WinCC, FactoryTalk)
- Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, or .NET for automation applications
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profinet, OPC-UA)
- Experience with HMI development and human-machine interface design
- Knowledge of safety standards (IEC 61131, ISO 13849) and functional safety principles
- Problem-solving skills with ability to diagnose complex system failures
