Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for various industrial automation applications using industry-standard languages.
- Commission, test, and troubleshoot automated machinery and control systems to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with electrical engineers and project managers on system integration, project timelines, and technical specifications.
- Perform preventive maintenance and upgrades on legacy PLC systems to enhance reliability and longevity.
- Create and maintain interactive HMI (Human Machine Interface) screens for real-time operator monitoring and control.
- Analyze system performance data and production metrics to recommend process improvements and efficiency gains.
- Ensure all automation protocols, safety standards, and industry regulations are strictly followed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in PLC programming and industrial automation projects.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text (ST), or Function Block Diagram (FBD).
- Strong working knowledge of major PLC brands including Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Mitsubishi.
- Experience with industrial networking, SCADA systems, and HMI development tools.
- Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
