Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation workflows to optimize enterprise-wide applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks and implement high-impact automated solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in line with enterprise architectural standards.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of automation scripts.
- Provide technical documentation and user training for developed automation tools.
- Analyze application performance and proactively suggest optimizations for long-term scalability.
- Work within an Agile/DevOps environment to ensure rapid and reliable deployment cycles.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on automation, scripting, or enterprise integration.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
- Proven experience working with enterprise application platforms and API integrations (REST/SOAP).
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools or workflow orchestration software is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
