Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using integration tools such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or Workato.
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to automate sales, marketing, and customer service processes.
- Build and maintain automated onboarding systems for new clients and team members to ensure a seamless transition.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend technical automation strategies to improve overall organizational efficiency.
- Monitor active integrations and workflows, troubleshooting errors and implementing permanent fixes to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather technical requirements and document system architectures.
- Create clear technical documentation and user guides for newly implemented automation tools and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an Automation Specialist, Systems Integrator, or in a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency with automation and integration platforms like Zapier, Make, and API configurations.
- In-depth administrative experience with major CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or ActiveCampaign).
- Basic understanding of scripting languages (such as JavaScript or Python) and working knowledge of JSON/REST APIs is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for process mapping and system efficiency.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
