Casto Travel Philippines, Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented and technically proficient Automation Specialist (Travel Account) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Sabre and Compleat to revolutionize our operational workflows. We are seeking a proactive individual who can identify manual bottlenecks and implement technical solutions that drive efficiency and accuracy across our travel services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Sabre and Compleat platforms to minimize manual intervention and reduce human error.
- Analyze current travel booking processes to identify inefficiencies and implement technical improvements that enhance speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to integrate new software tools and ensure seamless data flow between reservation systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems related to travel ticketing, hotel reservations, and corporate travel management.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports to track the impact of automation on operational efficiency metrics.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in travel technology and automation to recommend innovative solutions for the company.
- Train junior staff on new automation tools and best practices to ensure consistent application across the department.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automation, system optimization, or a similar technical role within the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proven proficiency and hands-on experience with Sabre and Compleat systems.
- Strong understanding of Global Distribution Systems (GDS), travel reservation software, and hotel management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical teams and business operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with API integrations and data migration processes is a plus.
