Tanggung Jawab
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for PLC, HMI, and motion control systems
- Diagnose and resolve automation system malfunctions through systematic troubleshooting
- Assist clients with system optimization, configuration, and commissioning
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and knowledge base contributions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex technical challenges
- Conduct client training on Beckhoff products and automation best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement preventive maintenance solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field (fresh graduates welcome)
- Basic understanding of PLC, HMI, and motion control principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willingness to travel for on-site support as required
- Experience with automation systems is advantageous but not mandatory
- Certification in industrial automation or Beckhoff products is a plus
