Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and maintain industrial automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, and robotic arms
- Diagnose and resolve electrical/mechanical faults in production machinery using diagnostic tools
- Program and troubleshoot control systems to optimize manufacturing efficiency
- Perform preventive maintenance on automation equipment and document service records
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement process improvements
- Train junior technicians on safe equipment operation and maintenance protocols
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with industrial automation systems
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi)
- Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and industrial networking (Ethernet/IP, Profinet)
- Experience with pneumatic/hydraulic systems and mechanical maintenance
- Certification in automation technologies (e.g., Siemens S7, Rockwell) preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
