Tanggung Jawab
- Perform installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of automated material handling systems, including conveyors, sorters, and mezzanines.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure maximum system uptime and reliability.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical faults using technical schematics and diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers and cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, company procedures, and ISO quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians or on-site operational staff.
- Document all maintenance activities, service reports, and technical modifications accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, maintenance, or technical support.
- Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and servo systems.
- Experience with AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems) or conveyor systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for site travel).
