Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on automated production machinery and robotics systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults during night-shift operations.
- Execute rapid repairs to minimize production downtime and maintain optimal output efficiency.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all equipment adheres to safety and quality standards.
- Monitor control systems (PLC/HMI) and perform calibration as necessary.
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities and machine performance data.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new automation equipment or system upgrades.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety regulations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Nitec, Higher Nitec, or Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an automation or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting industrial automation systems and PLCs.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues under pressure.
- Willingness to commit to a permanent night-shift schedule.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality management.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Basic knowledge of industrial electrical wiring and control panels.
