As an Automation Test Engineer, you will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify bottlenecks, automate manual regression suites, and drive continuous integration processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test scripts using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategy, test plans, and test cases based on business requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to facilitate swift resolution.
- Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing into the development lifecycle.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure test code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies to drive continuous improvement in QA processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java programming language.
- Strong experience in developing automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Experience with testing tools and technologies such as TestNG, JUnit, Maven, and Jenkins.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
