Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement end-to-end test automation frameworks using industry-leading tools
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and drive continuous quality improvements
- Document test cases, automation strategies, and technical specifications
- Maintain and enhance existing automation libraries and reusable components
- Stay updated with emerging testing technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in test automation with hands-on scripting experience
- Proficiency in automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium) and programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript)
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and agile methodologies
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, RestAssured) and performance testing
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication abilities for cross-functional collaboration
