Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the technical SME for the Watermelon automation tool, overseeing its implementation, configuration, and customization.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust automation scripts to support complex Insurance domain workflows.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, providing technical guidance on automation frameworks and testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Define and implement automation best practices, coding standards, and reusable testing libraries.
- Analyze project requirements to identify opportunities for test automation and improved efficiency.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, scalable test script development.
- Monitor test execution results, debug issues, and report on automation coverage and performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a strong focus on automation testing.
- Proven domain expertise in the Insurance industry, understanding core insurance processes and systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience with automation tools similar to Watermelon.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, or C#) relevant to test automation.
- Deep understanding of Agile/DevOps methodologies and their application in QA.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage technical stakeholders.
