Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using internal tools and third-party software.
- Execute system integrations and manage API connections to ensure smooth data flow between platforms.
- Monitor the health and performance of automated systems, proactively troubleshooting errors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to gather requirements for new process automation projects.
- Document technical workflows, user guides, and integration standards for internal stakeholders.
- Perform regular testing to validate system upgrades and ensure business continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in working with RESTful APIs and modern system integrations.
- Strong understanding of workflow automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, or custom scripting).
- High proficiency in analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical team members.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of database structures or SQL is highly preferred.
