Tanggung Jawab
- Perform assembly and disassembly tasks according to standard operating procedures and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with team leads and fellow technicians to meet daily production targets.
- Report any machinery malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience or formal technical training required; on-the-job training provided.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights.
- Basic understanding of mechanical processes and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions and diagrams.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or overtime as needed.
