Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat platforms.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding automotive service appointments and technical product queries.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, upholding company service standards and brand reputation.
- Maintain and update customer records within the CRM system with high data integrity.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to streamline workflows and improve turnaround times.
- Monitor service process metrics to identify areas for operational improvement.
- Deliver exceptional follow-up communication to ensure total customer satisfaction after service completion.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably within the automotive or service sector.
- Strong proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional language skills are an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
