- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term automotive business objectives.
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment across all departments.
- Design and implement advanced management reporting systems and controlling instruments to monitor business performance.
- Conduct strategic profitability analyses, cost optimization, and investment appraisals for new models and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain) to drive financial and operational KPIs.
- Provide expert consulting on M&A activities, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships within the automotive ecosystem.
- Champion digital transformation in finance processes, driving automation and data-driven decision-making.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of strategic thinking and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and controlling, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or strategic consulting role.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, manufacturing, or a Big 4 consulting firm focusing on industrial clients.
- Strong expertise in financial modeling, SAP/ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated success in leading strategic projects and delivering actionable business insights to senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- High level of integrity, business acumen, and a proactive, hands-on leadership approach.
