We are looking for an enthusiastic Automotive Instructor to join our dynamic team at Toyota Motor Philippines School of Technology (TMP SOT). As an instructor, you will be instrumental in developing and delivering cutting-edge automotive training programs that equip students with the competencies required in the automotive industry.
Your duties will include designing curriculum, creating lesson plans, conducting lectures and hands-on workshops, assessing student progress, and providing guidance to ensure they meet personal and professional goals. You will work closely with our Academic Administrators to continuously improve the curriculum and incorporate the latest automotive technologies and methodologies.
Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field, possesses strong communication skills, and has relevant industry experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred, but we welcome passionate professionals eager to share their expertise.

- Develop and update curriculum and instructional materials for automotive courses.
- Prepare session plans and learning objectives in collaboration with Academic Administrators.
- Conduct classroom lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and practical assessments.
- Advise and mentor students on academic and career development.
- Maintain training equipment, tools, and facilities in good working order.
- Stay current with automotive trends, technologies, and teaching methods.
- Participate in school events, industry partnerships, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive service, repair, or training.
- Proven teaching, training, or instructional skills preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using automotive diagnostic equipment and software.
- Familiarity with Toyota vehicle systems, technologies, and quality standards is an advantage.
- Passionate about education and committed to student success.
- Certification in automotive technology or education is a plus.
