- Design and implement comprehensive training curriculums for automotive products and sales methodologies.
- Conduct engaging workshops, seminars, and role-playing sessions for dealership staff.
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps and tailor training solutions accordingly.
- Collaborate with product management to stay updated on the latest vehicle features and specifications.
- Create instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and digital resources.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback loops to ensure continuous improvement.
- Mentor sales staff to build confidence and enhance their closing techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales, preferably within a dealership or consulting environment.
- Proven track record as a trainer, instructor, or mentor in a corporate setting.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including vehicle features, financing, and warranties.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required for dealership events.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
