Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor automotive assembly machinery and production lines to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
- Perform routine quality control inspections and checks to ensure all products meet strict safety and performance standards.
- Assemble automotive safety components with precision, following detailed technical specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S standards and safety protocols.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material defects, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Kualifikasi
- SPM / O-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related industry is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic understanding of machinery operation and general safety practices.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment with attention to detail.
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and teamwork.
