In this role, you will be the face of our dealership, guiding clients through their vehicle purchasing journey from initial inquiry to final handover. You will leverage your product knowledge and persuasive communication skills to provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every client drives away feeling confident in their purchase. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with walk-in customers and online leads to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Perform professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and safety specifications.
- Manage the entire sales process, including price negotiation, financing options, and trade-in valuations.
- Maintain a deep and up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory and competitive market offerings.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure the showroom environment is maintained to a high standard of presentation.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a high-performance retail environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
- Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by the industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
- A proactive mindset with a strong desire to earn through performance-based incentives.
