- Engage proactively with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences for pre-owned vehicles.
- Present and demonstrate various car models, features, and benefits, ensuring a comprehensive understanding for the customer.
- Guide customers through the entire car buying process, from initial inquiry to test drive, financing options, and handover.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Manage customer inquiries and follow-ups effectively using CRM tools and systems.
- Ensure a transparent and trustworthy sales experience, upholding Carsome's brand values.
- Stay updated on Carsome's product offerings, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive, retail, or related customer-facing industries.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport quickly.
- A valid Malaysian driving license (D/DA class) and a clean driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of car financing, insurance, and the automotive market is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
