As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect KIA vehicle that suits their lifestyle. Tanggung Jawab
- Engage with showroom visitors, identify their needs, and provide professional product consultations.
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle walkarounds and demonstrate key features and technology.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to vehicle handover.
- Coordinate test drives and ensure a premium customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Follow up with prospective leads via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Maintain showroom display standards and ensure inventory information is up to date.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a retail-related role (Automotive industry experience is a plus).
- Possess a valid Malaysian driver's license (Class D).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and/or Mandarin.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays as per the retail schedule.
