Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound, warm leads provided by our dedicated marketing team.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to understand their unique automotive needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features, safety systems, and customization options.
- Provide transparent and accurate information regarding vehicle pricing, financing plans, insurance, and trade-in values.
- Negotiate sales terms and finalize purchase agreements, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction process.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of our current inventory, promotions, and competitive market trends.
- Utilize the CRM system to meticulously track all leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the finance, documentation, and after-sales departments to guarantee a flawless vehicle delivery and ownership experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in automotive sales, luxury retail, or a high-touch client service role.
- Outstanding communication and active listening skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other regional languages is a distinct advantage.
- A genuine, infectious passion for the automotive industry and a desire to continuously learn about new models and technologies.
- Warm, empathetic, and patient personality with a relentless focus on delivering a premium customer experience.
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable thriving in a results-driven yet supportive environment.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license is mandatory.
