Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate automotive sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for automotive products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable coaching/training
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional campaigns and sales materials
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years automotive sales experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of automotive products, financing options, and industry regulations
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
