Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years automotive sales experience with 2+ years in management
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team development skills

- Advanced proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
