Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth for automotive electronics and upgrade services.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from lead generation and client consultation to deal closing and post-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with premium car dealers, workshops, and individual automotive enthusiasts.
- Conduct professional demonstrations of advanced car electronics and tech upgrade solutions to prospective clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities across the MY and SG regions to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reports to senior management.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably within car electronics, modifications, or premium accessory sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a high-pressure, performance-based environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay (Mandarin fluency is a strong advantage).
- Deep understanding of automotive hardware, infotainment systems, and aftermarket performance upgrades.
- Ability to travel frequently between Malaysia and Singapore as required by business development needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Proficiency in CRM software and general digital tools for sales reporting.
