Tanggung Jawab
- Sell new vehicles of assigned automotive brands through consultative selling techniques
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features
- Handle customer inquiries, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively
- Collaborate with finance and aftersales departments to ensure smooth transactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information
- Maintain accurate sales records and report activities to management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong product knowledge and ability to learn technical specifications
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
