Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and greet customers warmly upon arrival and determine their specific needs and preferences.
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations and organize test drives for potential buyers.
- Explain vehicle specifications, features, financing options, and warranty details clearly to clients.
- Negotiate sales terms and close deals in accordance with company policies and targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to foster long-term relationships and repeat business.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate and up-to-date information.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Driver's License (SIM A) is mandatory.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or retail is preferred but not strictly required for high-potential candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
