Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer service inquiries for BYD EV vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and technical consultations
- Prepare detailed service orders, cost estimates, and timelines while coordinating with technical teams
- Act as primary liaison between customers and technicians to ensure transparent communication
- Explain complex EV systems, battery technologies, and warranty coverage in customer-friendly terms
- Resolve service discrepancies and ensure customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution
- Document service histories and maintain accurate customer relationship management records
- Identify sales opportunities for EV accessories and service packages to enhance customer value
- Stay updated on BYD EV model features, software updates, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive service advisor or customer-facing technical roles
- Proven expertise in customer relationship management and conflict resolution
- Familiarity with EV systems, battery technology, or alternative fuel vehicles preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in dealership management software and digital service documentation tools
- Singaporean PR or citizenship with valid Class 3 driving license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to align with customer service demands
