Tanggung Jawab
- Interact with customers to determine their specific automotive spare part needs and vehicle requirements.
- Provide expert recommendations on spare parts, ensuring compatibility and quality for various car and motorcycle models.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and inventory area to ensure a professional shopping experience.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive parts inventory and promotional offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with a focus on high-quality customer service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers and local mechanics.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, retail, or spare parts industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, specifically for both cars and motorcycles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in automotive mechanics is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory and sales management.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
