- Lead and conduct technical training workshops and seminars for automotive engineers and technicians.
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training manuals, guides, and technical documentation.
- Mentor junior staff and provide expert technical guidance on complex automotive systems.
- Analyze current technical processes and implement improvements to enhance training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with product management to align training programs with industry standards.
- Assess trainee progress and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in automotive technical roles or training.
- Strong technical knowledge of modern vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Proven track record of leadership and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in automotive technology or training are a plus.
