We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate diagnosis, thorough maintenance, and efficient repair of a diverse range of modern vehicles. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough diagnostic tests to identify vehicle malfunctions and issues.
- Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Repair or replace damaged or worn parts, such as brakes, steering, engines, and transmissions.
- Inspect vehicle systems (electrical, A/C, exhaust) for compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of services performed and parts inventory.
- Communicate technical problems and repair processes clearly to service advisors and customers.
- Stay current with the latest automotive technology, repair techniques, and manufacturer bulletins.
- Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the workshop environment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic, preferably in a branded workshop or dealership.
- Strong diagnostic skills and proficiency with computer-based diagnostic tools.
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ASE, or National Certification) are highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and a clean driving record.
