Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various types of vehicles according to company standards
- Identify mechanical problems through visual inspection, test drives, and use of diagnostic equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues and recommended repairs
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques
- Ensure the workshop area is clean, organized, and well-maintained
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in automotive technology preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong knowledge of vehicle systems including engine, transmission, brakes, and electrical systems
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers professionally
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
