We are currently seeking a highly motivated Service Advisor (Penerima Tamu Bengkel) to join our dynamic team in the Gading Serpong area. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from arrival to departure. You will act as a vital bridge between the customer and the technical team, translating vehicle issues into clear, understandable solutions. We are looking for someone with a strong customer service orientation and a keen eye for detail to help us maintain our high standards of service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the first point of contact for customers arriving at the workshop, greeting them warmly and professionally.
- Receive and record detailed customer requests regarding vehicle repairs and maintenance needs.
- Conduct initial vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs and accurately estimate repair costs.
- Communicate technical findings and repair recommendations to customers in a clear, non-technical manner.
- Prepare and discuss repair estimates, ensuring customers understand the scope of work and associated costs.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and accurate execution of repairs.
- Manage the workshop queue and schedule appointments efficiently to minimize customer wait times.
- Process payments and prepare invoices accurately for all services rendered.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 in Automotive Engineering is a plus).
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive or workshop industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Indonesian.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics and repair processes.
- Proficient in using computer systems and office software (MS Office).
