Tanggung Jawab
- Perform diagnostic testing, maintenance, and repairs on BYD electric vehicles
- Use specialized diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex electrical/mechanical systems
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
- Document service activities and maintain accurate repair records
- Collaborate with service advisors to communicate technical issues and solutions
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards during all operations
- Stay updated on BYD technology through continuous training programs
Kualifikasi
- Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) or equivalent automotive certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle maintenance/repair
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and high-voltage safety procedures
- Proficiency with diagnostic scanners and repair equipment
- Valid Malaysian driver's license (Class D or above)
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
