Tanggung Jawab
- Perform high-quality maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on various continental vehicle brands.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections and document findings accurately for customer reporting.
- Utilize factory-level diagnostic software to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment compliant with safety standards.
- Communicate technical requirements clearly to service advisors and customers when necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest manufacturer service bulletins and repair procedures.
- Perform road tests to verify repair quality and ensure vehicle performance meets OEM standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in automotive repair, specifically with European/Continental vehicles.
- Solid understanding of internal combustion engines, transmission systems, and automotive electrical wiring.
- Proficiency in using specialized automotive diagnostic tools and scanners.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high output quality.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Relevant certification in Automotive Engineering or equivalent vocational training is a strong advantage.
