Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify mechanical and electrical issues.
- Perform scheduled maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and tire rotations.
- Assist senior engineers and technicians in complex repair projects and assembly tasks.
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Document all service records and repair work accurately in the management system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues to clients clearly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Relevant NVQ or ASE certification is highly preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Valid Singapore driving license (since a company vehicle is provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of automotive tools, diagnostic software, and workshop equipment.
