Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and scheduled servicing of heavy buses to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Repair and overhaul vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, braking systems, and hydraulic units.
- Ensure all maintenance work is carried out in strict accordance with safety regulations and company standard operating procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and labor hours.
- Collaborate with senior technicians and supervisors to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
- Adhere to environmental guidelines and proper waste disposal practices on the workshop floor.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Trade Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Certificate (e.g., Class 3/3A) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of heavy vehicles or bus fleets.
- Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cohesive team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
