Tanggung Jawab
- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems for light and heavy vehicles.
- Conduct routine servicing including oil changes, brake replacements, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Inspect vehicles for roadworthiness, safety issues, and compliance with Land Transport Authority (LTA) regulations.
- Operate diagnostic equipment to identify faults in engines, transmissions, and onboard electronic systems.
- Carry out major overhauls on engines, clutches, gearboxes, and differentials for heavy vehicles.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and safety protocols within the workshop.
- Provide accurate time estimates for repairs and ensure all documentation is completed promptly.
- Mentor junior technicians and assist in complex repair tasks when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Automotive Engineering (Mechatronics or related field).
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic.
- Experience with Light Vehicles (Cars/SUV) OR Heavy Vehicles (Trucks/Buses/Prime Movers) is highly preferred.
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (Class 4/5 is a strong advantage).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic software and workshop equipment.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy components and work in various conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work 5 or 5.5 days per week and commit to overtime when needed.
