Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct patrols and surveillance to detect and prevent security breaches, criminal activities, and unauthorized access across assigned areas.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, including first aid, crisis management, and de-escalation.
- Enforce laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring compliance and maintaining order among the public and stakeholders.
- Perform comprehensive access control duties, including checking identification, managing visitor entry, and operating advanced security systems.
- Provide escort for valuable assets, VVIPs, and critical convoys, ensuring their safe transit and protection at all times.
- Monitor and operate advanced security equipment, CCTV systems, alarm panels, and integrated communication devices.
- Prepare detailed incident reports, daily activity logs, and other administrative documentation accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, public agencies, and external stakeholders during joint operations, investigations, and training exercises.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level or equivalent, with good passes in English and Mathematics, or relevant work experience.
- Ability to pass stringent security clearances, comprehensive background checks, and physical fitness assessments.
- Prior experience in uniformed services (e.g., Singapore Police Force, Singapore Civil Defence Force, Singapore Armed Forces) or established security operations is a significant advantage.
- Possession of a valid Class 2B/3/3A driving license is required for Outrider roles.
- Strong observational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and sound judgment capabilities, especially under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with diverse individuals.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team, exhibiting a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as operational requirements dictate.
