As a technical specialist, you'll troubleshoot complex AV setups, implement ICT solutions, and coordinate media production for school events. You'll collaborate with educators and administrators to identify technology needs and deliver innovative solutions that align with educational goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain audiovisual systems including projectors, sound systems, and interactive displays
- Provide technical support for ICT infrastructure including network troubleshooting, software installations, and hardware maintenance
- Manage and operate media equipment for school events, assemblies, and virtual learning sessions
- Train staff and students on proper usage of AV/ICT equipment and digital media tools
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all technology assets
- Coordinate technology setups for special events, examinations, and remote learning initiatives
- Stay current with emerging AV/ICT trends and recommend system upgrades
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or Media Technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AV systems setup and ICT support
- Proficiency in troubleshooting audiovisual equipment, network infrastructure, and media software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work independently in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication skills for training diverse stakeholders (staff, students, faculty)
- Valid Singaporean work permit or citizenship required
- Certifications in AV technologies (e.g., Crestron, Extron) or ICT support preferred
