Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of audiovisual equipment for daily operations and events.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on projectors, sound systems, microphones, and video conferencing hardware.
- Supervise technical staff and contractors during complex event setups to ensure quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate technical requirements for meetings, presentations, and conferences.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all AV assets and manage replacement or repair schedules.
- Ensure that all AV systems are calibrated and updated to provide optimal performance.
- Provide on-site technical support to presenters and guests to ensure a smooth event experience.
- Prepare post-event reports and feedback to improve future audiovisual operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an audiovisual, hospitality, or event production role.
- Strong technical knowledge of signal flow, audio mixing consoles, projection systems, and video routing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and installation manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure during live events.
- Basic knowledge of network connectivity and IT hardware as it relates to AV systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as per event schedules.
- Professional certification in AV technology (e.g., CTS) is considered a strong advantage.
