Tanggung Jawab
- Install, configure, and maintain audio-visual equipment including projectors, sound systems, and interactive displays
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with AV systems to ensure minimal downtime
- Support hotel events and conferences by setting up and operating AV equipment
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of AV systems to ensure optimal performance
- Train staff on proper operation of AV equipment and troubleshooting basic issues
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and recommend system upgrades when appropriate
- Document system configurations, maintenance schedules, and incident reports
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment repairs, replacements, and technical support
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certification in Audio-Visual Technology, Electronics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AV system installation and maintenance
- Proficiency with various AV equipment including projectors, sound systems, and control interfaces
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with technical systems
- Excellent communication abilities to interact with staff and guests effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of network systems and connectivity for integrated AV solutions
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different hotel locations if needed
