Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth defect analysis and root cause investigation for Avaloq banking systems
- Develop and implement effective troubleshooting strategies for critical system issues
- Provide comprehensive application support with SLA-driven resolution timelines
- Collaborate with development teams to design and deploy remediation patches
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system enhancements for knowledge base
- Monitor system performance metrics and proactively address potential risks
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical defect resolution support
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Avaloq certification (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Avaloq development/support roles
- Expertise in defect analysis, debugging, and remediation methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Avaloq architecture, modules, and APIs
- Experience with Java, C++, and SQL for system-level troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
